- Poner el agua a hervir, le ponemos la pimienta, el clavo, el laurel, un diente de ajo y 1 cucharadita de aceite, el jugo de un limón. Cuando hierva vaciamos el espagueti sin cortar.
- Licuamos el jitomate, la cebolla, el ajo y le ponemos un cubito de knorr
- En una cazuela poner aceite y vaciar lo licuado, poner la sal al gusto y cuando hierva vaciamos la pasta (quitamos todos los condimentos) dejar hervir por 10 minutos
- Picamos todas las verduras ya lavadas y se ponen a hervir con poca sal. Dejar cocer a fuego lento por 20 minutos
- Moler en la licuadora la mayonesa y la crema con un chile chipotle
- Picar finamente el col, lavado y desinfectado (crudo) lo vaciamos a un bol, ya escurrido y agregamos el atún, incorporamos solamente crema y mayonesa.... Y revolvemos.
- Servimos la sopa de espagueti, el atún y a las verduras se le integra la salsa de crema con mayonesa y chile chipotle. Se puede acompañar con pan Bimbo.
